Please note that all my services are virtual products (services) and are non-tangible. Once a service has been provided and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, refunds are not available for any completed services or products.

However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service or product delivered, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns. I will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a solution that meets your satisfaction.

Please note that I reserve the right to deny any refund request that is not within the terms of this policy.

I will review your concerns and, if appropriate, provide a refund or credit toward future services.
  2. Digital Product Refunds:
    • Own Courses: If you purchased one of my own online courses and find that it does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund.
    • Affiliate Courses: For courses offered through affiliate partnerships, please refer to the respective affiliate’s refund policy. I will provide you with the necessary contact information for the affiliate, and any refund requests must be made directly to them.
    • Software: My affiliate software products are subject to the refund policy of the respective software provider. I will provide you with the necessary contact information for the software provider, and any refund requests must be made directly to them.
    • Books, Templates, and Guides: Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales of books, templates, and guides are final. I cannot offer refunds for these items.
