Per Page Rates
When it comes to copywriting rates, per-page rates are a popular choice for many clients. This means that you pay for the number of pages written, rather than the amount of words. This kind of rate is beneficial because it allows you to have some control over the length of the final product. It also allows you to allocate more words to topics that are more important to you.
Standard or Complex Pages
At The Content Fountain, I offer a range of per-page rates depending on the complexity of the project. If the project requires a great deal of research, fact-checking and editing, then I will charge more. On the other hand, if the project is simpler and easier to put together, then the rate will be lower.
Per Word Rates
With this pricing model, the client pays a fixed rate for each word of copy written. This rate is typically based on the complexity of the project, the amount of research required, and the amount of time required to complete the task.
Per word rates offer flexibility to tailor the text to fit your needs. This can be ideal for clients who have a specific word count in mind, or who are looking to break up the project into multiple phases. Additionally, clients can use per-word rates to get a better understanding of how much the entire project will cost.
The per word rate can also vary depending on the type of content.
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Depending on the project size and complexity, the payment schedule will vary. Typically, larger projects will require an initial deposit to secure the project, followed by milestone payments as progress is made. Smaller projects may require only a single payment at the completion of the project.
Payment Flexibility
I am flexible, so if you have a different payment schedule in mind, we can discuss that too. Working together, we can come up with a payment arrangement that suits both parties and allows the project to move forward without disruption or delay.
Payment Methods
When it comes to payment methods, I offer convenient options to suit each individual client’s needs. My accepted payment methods include bank transfers, Stripe payments, and credit card payments. All payments will be processed securely and promptly, so clients can be sure that their information will remain safe and secure.
Splitting Payments
Furthermore, I also offer the option of splitting payments into multiple installments, making it easier to manage the client’s budget. In addition, I also provide a detailed invoice with all the necessary information regarding the payment, including a breakdown of the services rendered and the total cost. This ensures that clients know exactly what they are paying for.
Late Payment Fees
Late payments can sometimes be unavoidable, however, if they occur I will charge a late fee. The late fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount owed, and the percentage rate is determined by the length of the delay.
Late Payment Rates
For delays up to 30 days, the late fee is 5%, for delays of more than 30 days the late fee is 10%. This late fee is applied to the total amount of the invoice, and must be paid in full before further work can commence.

At The Content Fountain, I favour long-term partnerships and can offer discounts on contracts. You will also get a standard 10% project discount if your project total exceeds $2500, and from my cost calculator, you will notice that I use a pricing scale as your order quantities increase.

Here at The Content Fountain, timely delivery is of utmost importance. To ensure this, I clearly define the timeline for each project during the negotiation process. I understand that sometimes circumstances can arise that cause a delay, but I always work hard to ensure that my clients have ample time to review the work and make any necessary adjustments. I am committed to delivering quality work on time and within the agreed upon contract terms.
Terms of Use
I take all necessary steps to ensure that each project is completed in a way that is satisfactory to the client. As such, a clearly defined set of terms between myself and the client must be established. All projects must have a detailed outline of roles and responsibilities, payment terms, deliverables, and the length of the project. It is also important that my clients are aware of and agree to the non-disclosure agreement as part of the terms of use. All clients must agree to the terms of use prior to the start of any project. This helps to ensure that both parties are on the same page, which ultimately leads to a successful outcome.
Cancellation Policies
When it comes to Cancellation Policies, it’s important to have clear expectations for both the client and myself. It’s best to have a written agreement that outlines what happens if either side decides to cancel the project before it’s finished. I understand that sometimes life can get in the way, so I am willing to be flexible within reason. Depending on the project, cancellation can involve a full or partial refund, or even the option to put the project on hold. Ultimately, it is the client’s choice, and I will do my best to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standard possible.

Email Availability
An important factor for a successful collaboration is clear and timely communication. When it comes to email availability, I aim to respond within 24 hours. I understand that in some cases, the urgency of a project requires a quicker response and that is why I prioritize emails with a deadline.
I want to ensure that all clients have their needs met with fast, accurate, and friendly responses. This is why I make sure to check my emails at least twice a day.
